Make sure to use sunscreen

We all know that the sun is the single most damaging thing to your skin, so make sure to protect yourself. Stay tuned in 2009 for updates on our new product. Until then we recommend any sunscreen that is light, oil free and water resistant. Something that also moisturisers the skin. We advise you to get out in the sun because sunlight has been clinically tested to improve moods and increase your body's vitamin D production and endorphin release. Just take the tan slowly because the sun can seriously damage your skin.
The most important factor when picking a sunscreen is to get one that has an SPF of 15. Don't forget to apply sunscreen to sensitive areas like the tops of your feet, backs of your ears and neck, and areas of the scalp and hairline if your hair is thin or thinning.
Bottom line on why you should do this:
Frankly, this should be a no-brainer.
